In 2014 Chef Andy Hyde moved to Naples, FL where he took a position as the Executive Chef at La Playa Hotel. Before launching his own business "Mr. Hyde LLC" in 2016, Chef Andy Hyde took one more position as the Executive Assistant Chef at the award winning Relais & Châteaux Hotel - The Wauwinet hotel at Toppers Restaurant.
Late 2016, Chef Andy Hyde open Mr. Hyde LLC dba Chef Hyde Gourmet. After three seasons of private chef & catering services, now you can also experience Chef Andy's cuisine at Hyde N Chic Restaurant. Thank you.
